18-Year-Old Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girl In Morgan Hill
MORGAN HILL (BCN) -- An 18-year-old man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at a party in Morgan Hill last month, police said Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the girl and her family went to police and reported that a man identified as Juan Fabian Garcia of Gilroy had sexually assaulted her during a party at a home in the area of Hill Road and San Pedro Avenue on Sept. 25, according to police.
Garcia was arrested at his home without incident and booked into Santa Clara County jail on a rape charge.
