17-Year-Old Girl Stabbed In San Francisco's Mission District
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- A teenage girl was stabbed multiple times in San Francisco's Mission District Tuesday night, according to police.
The stabbing was reported near the corner of 21st and Valencia streets at 7:08 p.m.
The 17-year-old was found there with stab wounds to her torso, police said. She was transported by ambulance to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police have also discovered that there was a fight between several people on Valencia Street between 20th and 21st streets shortly before the stabbing. Investigators have not yet determined if the two incidents are related.
