1 Killed In Antioch Shooting
ANTIOCH (CBS SF) -- A 21-year-old man was fatally shot Wednesday morning in Antioch, according to police.
Police received a report of a shooting in the 1900 block of D Street, near Fremont Elementary School and Antioch High School at about 12:26 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a 21-year-old Antioch man with a gunshot wound. Medical personnel and police officers took life-saving measures, but the victim was later pronounced dead at a local hospital, according to police.
The Antioch Police Department Investigations Bureau is continuing to investigate the homicide and identify suspects, police said.
