1 Killed, 2 Hurt In San Pablo I-80 Wreck
SAN PABLO (CBS SF) - One person was killed and two others were injured in a crash on westbound Interstate Highway 80 in San Pablo early Monday morning, a CHP officer said.
The crash happened about 2:45 a.m. when the vehicle struck a pole on the westbound I-80 off ramp on San Pablo Dam Road, CHP Officer Ralph Caggiano said.
One of the victims suffered major injuries and was airlifted to a local hospital, Caggiano said. The other victim was transported to a hospital by ambulance, he said.
No other vehicles were believed to be involved in the crash, Caggiano said.
