1 Killed, 1 Hurt In Separate Oakland Shootings
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- One person was killed and another injured in separate shootings in Oakland on Friday afternoon, police said.
Police responded to the fatal shooting at 3:28 p.m. in the 10200 block of Stanley Avenue.
A victim was found shot multiple times in a vehicle. They were transported to a hospital and later pronounced dead, police said.
Earlier in the day, at around 1 p.m., police responded to another shooting in the 6000 block of International Boulevard.
One victim was found there after being shot in the leg, police said. The victim was transported to a hospital and is in stable condition.
No suspects have been arrested in either shooting, police said.
