West Sacramento struggles to find funds for pothole repairs
This winter has already wreaked havoc on the roads with giant craters in the concrete, tearing up tires. The pothole problem won't be solved any time soon. The potholes have drivers in West Sacramento feeling frustrated, but the city says it needs more money to make a dent in the dents.
