Sheriff says Stockton sideshow bust is "setting the bar" for future enforcement
One of the biggest sideshow busts ever took place in Stockton this weekend. Police impounded nearly 90 cars and detained more than 150 people during a massive gathering Friday night along Country Club Boulevard and Pershing Avenue.
