San Joaquin County working to increase voter security, transparency
It's been four years since a voter fraud case shook San Joaquin County when a former Lodi councilmember was accused of registering 50 people at his address. Since then, the San Joaquin County Registrar of Voters says they're working to increase security, transparency and now overwatch by the public.
