Roseville shooting suspect who prompted incident at California Capitol arrested
Suspect Jackson Pinney was taken into custody in the Granite Bay area a little after 4 p.m. on Thursday, Roseville police say. He allegedly shot at a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Roseville Wednesday night and had been at large since then.
