PG&E refunding money to some electricity customers

The refund is called the Annual California Climate Credit. It's part of the state's efforts to fight climate change. About $5 million electric customers will receive $39.30 back on their October bills. Last year, it was only $17. Natural gas customers got a $47 credit back in April.
