Officers converge on mobile home where suspect in Capitol threat, shootings arrested
Jackson Pinney was arrested after being accused of carrying out two separate shootings, one in Citrus Heights and one in Roseville. The mobile home where he was arrested isn't his residence, authorities say, but his truck was parked outside.
