New survey: Davis apartment vacancies down, rent goes up
A new survey reveals the apartment vacancy rate in the city of Davis has decreased and rents have increased since fall of 2021. As UC Davis students try to focus on their studies, many are also feeling the pressure to find a place to live for the following school year.
