How The Sacramento Observer newspaper is penning a legacy

Juneteenth is a federally recognized holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. It’s typically celebrated with parades and family gatherings. More importantly, it's a chance to learn about how African Americans helped shape the country. It's work the Sacramento Observer, a weekly newspaper, is doing beyond the holiday.
