Homeless homicides in North Highlands: Homeless woman reacts to the chilling news
There are two separate investigations underway after two women were found dead at different homeless encampments that were just a mile apart in North Highlands. Both incidents happened Monday (3/20). The first woman was killed in an RV fire, while the second was found dead inside a tent. We spoke to a homeless woman to get her reaction to these tragic events.
