"Daylighting" law impacting pedestrians, parking goes into effect in California

California drivers who park too close to a crosswalk could face fines, under a new "daylighting" law that went into effect at the start of 2025. The law aims to improve traffic safety by making pedestrians more visible. Tori Apodaca reports.
