Call Kurtis: Consumer news update - Feb. 16, 2023

A new report shows fewer homes are being built across the U.S. The Census Bureau reported that, for the fifth month in a row, new home construction fell by 4.5% in January from December—that's down more than 20% from a year ago. Reports show mortgage rates have also dropped since November.
