Habitat for Humanity Hard Hats and High Heels Gala and Fundraiser On September 14th the annual Hard Hats and High Heels with theme of this year’s Gala “#BuildLouder” – the event was at the State Capitol grounds to build funds and awareness to help Habitat combat the current housing crisis in our community, as well as generating greater advocacy awareness for the Prop 1 campaign which is a $4 billion bond measure for Veterans and Affordable Housing which is on the CA ballot this November. This is the first ever charity Gala ever to be held on the grounds of the State Capitol
