On March 14th the Roberts Family Development Center held their annual fundraising dinner held at Ella Dining Room, downtown Sacramento. For the first 8 years, former Senator Darrell Steinberg hosted and helped raise more than $400,000 at RFDC's Annual Dinner. Assemblymembers Kevin McCarty and Jim Cooper have taken Steinberg's place along with community leaders who celebrated and praised the work that RFDC continues to do in the Sacramento Region for children and families and in the past two years have helped raise over $50,000 to help RFDC continue their work serving the community. The mission of the Roberts Family Development Center is to provide services in the North Sacramento Community that will meet the individual needs of each family member.
