YUBA CITY (CBS13) - In the weeks leading up to the November election CBS13 is hitting the road, stopping in local cities and towns. We're talking to folks, getting their thoughts on America, California and our future.
At Linda's Soda Bar and Grill in the heart of Yuba City, they serve a mean piece of pie and a significant slice of Americana.
At the counter for our discussion are Don Covy, a small business owner; John Buckland, a city councilman; Karm Baines, a farmer; Nicole Delerio, a lawyer in Yuba City; Tom Williams, a small businessman; and John Munger, a farmer.
Everyone said Gov. Jerry Brown and state lawmakers have not done enough to improve California's economy. And all of them agreed that not enough of us, the voters, are paying attention.
