Woman Seriously Hurt After Being Hit By SUV In Elk Grove
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – A woman has been seriously hurt in Elk Grove this morning after being struck by an SUV, according to police.
The accident happened in the intersection of Di Lusso and Laguna Boulevard. Police say the woman was walking at the intersection when she was struck.
She suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to Kaiser Hospital in South Sacramento.
The driver of the SUV stopped. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
