UPDATE: Woman Found In Middle Of Sacramento Street Dies
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A woman found unconscious, lying in the middle of a Sacramento street Friday morning has died, according to police.
A passing driver found the woman in the middle of Stockton Boulevard near 13th Avenue around 4:45 a.m.
Police say when they arrived they found the woman was not breathing and officers started CPR. She was taken to the hospital where she later died.
Police say there were no signs the woman was hit by a car or the victim of foul play. It appears she died from a medical issue.
Stockton Boulevard was shut down as police investigated.
