Woman Detained After Man Stabbed In South Sacramento County
SOUTH SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) - A woman was detained Friday morning after a domestic dispute escalated into a stabbing, according to Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies.
Deputies were called to a home on Tiogawoods and Valley Wood drives around 6 a.m. Friday for what they believe was a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend.
The argument escalated to the point where the woman allegedly stabbed the man in the arm. She was detained and the was treated for his injury.
Deputies interviewed some children -- all under 10 -- who may have been in the home during the incident.
Investigators are also looking into the possibility that a third person was involved in the argument.
