When Will Roseville Rubio's Rebuild, And What Is Replacing Folsom's Save Mart?
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) — Two popular businesses—one that burned down and another that's been empty for months—have bright futures as soon as next year.
A Roseville Rubio's on Douglas Boulevard that burned in February will offer one of the first looks at a new redesign of the restaurant. It's corporate office showed off a new-look Rubio's Coastal Grill. A spokesperson says the change "will reflect the brand's evolution and culinary progression."
About 70 other locations will undergo the redesign while construction in Roseville is expected to start soon.
An empty building in Folsom will start to take shape as the old Save Mart building that's been closed since May will become a Dick's Sporting Goods. Te plan is to have it open in the fall of 2016.
