Wet Weather Expected To Taper Off
WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Rain fell steadily during much of Thanksgiving morning throughout the Sacramento Valley, but the worst of the wet weather has already passed, according to CBS13 meteorologist Laura Skirde.
As of 11:30 a.m., the rain showers were tapering off and pushing east out of the valley. A few sprinkles are still possible through the afternoon across the region. Highs today are expected to be in the upper 50s.
Rain showers in the foothills and snow showers in the Sierra will be light, tapering off through this evening.
Fog is possible the next few mornings, with afternoon sunshine through the weekend and highs pushing into the 60s in the valley.
