West Sacramento Man Arrested For Lewd Act At Gas Station
DIXON (CBS13) — A West Sacramento man was arrested on Thursday afternoon after sheriff's deputies say he admitted to masturbating while watching an adult film in his car parked at a Dixon gas station.
Solano County Sheriff's Office deputies responded at about 1:25 p.m. to the gas station lot on the 6800 block of Sievers Road and contacted the man, identified as 36-year-old Michael Wiles. A witness who called the sheriff's office also reported seeing Wiles in the car masturbating.
The witness also said another car drove up with children in it and that Wiles was watching the children while conducting the lewd act, according to the sheriff's office.
Wiles was arrested for lewd conduct in a public place. A laptop computer, a Kindle, and external hard drive and a rewritable DVD were recovered from the vehicle.
Wiles was booked into the Solano County Jail. He was no longer in custody on Friday, Lt. Gary Faulkner said.
