Weekend To Remain Mostly Sunny With Above Normal Temperatures
With valley temperatures a few degrees above normal Saturday, except the same pleasant weather to finish the weekend.
A ridge of high pressure is keeping skies mostly sunny in the valley and mountains, but some changes are also on the way.
A weak system will approach the coast by Monday, which will add cloud cover and bring drop temperatures into the upper 60s to start off the week.
The system will fall apart by the time it reaches Northern California, but it will bring a slight chance for rain Tuesday. If we see rain, it will mainly be in areas north of Interstate 80.
By Wednesday the storm will move to the north and high pressure will once again build into the region. This will mean less cloud cover and slightly warmer temperatures around the mid-70s as we get into the middle and end of the week.
