When asked about his thoughts on the teams surprising start Robinson said, "I don't think the wildest optimist could have even thought of a 9-1 start. He went on to say that Alex Smith is tougher than people give him credit for. Talking about last Sundays win vs. the Cardinals was a big win because it took a lot of pressure off of this Thursday's matchup vs. the Ravens.
