Video Shows Nancy And Phillip Plotting To Capture Kids
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- Jaycee Dugard's book has sold out in the Sacramento area in less than two hours.
Today, new disturbing video taken by her captor, Phillip Garrido, shows close-up shots of girls in skirts. They're home videos that would make most parents sick, exposing children secretly taped by Phillip and Nancy Garrido.
"Do you think anybody can see me?" asks Phillip.
"No," said Nancy. "Nobody can see you."
There are countless close-up shots of body parts, and you can hear the two plotting to capture more girls.
"There's two girls are gonna come out of the sliding door," said Nancy.
"On which side of me?" said Phillip.
"On your left," said Nancy
"On my left right now looking at me?" said Phillip.
"Yeah," said Nancy.
When Phillip and Nancy don't get what they want because the kids are wearing too much clothing, you can hear their frustration.
"Oh I see them," said Nancy. "Oh they're pants."
"Oh they've got pants," said Phillip.
Another video reveals a perverted plot to capture children at a playground by pretending they're taping Phillip's singing. He strategically sits in front of a tree near the playground so Nancy has a clear shot. Phillip directs Nancy's camera work.
"It automatically focuses so you don't have to worry about anything else," said Phillip.
And the video seems to reveal she is more than willing to do his dirty work.
"Gosh, it focuses quick, don't it?" said Nancy.
"Uh-huh!" said Phillip. "So what you need to do, you need to make it look like you're pointing at me. I'll get in front of you, but you need to move a little more in front of me so you can get it so it looks like its pointing at me."
