Veterans Day 2014 Freebies
Just as in years past, several restaurants and businesses around the country are offering active duty military personnel and veterans some pretty great freebies on or near Veterans Day 2013 as their way of saying thanks. Here's a list of some offers we found.

Restaurants
Applebee's – Free signature entrée from a limited menu. Available to all U.S. restaurants. Beverages and gratuity not included.
Carraba's – Through Nov. 11, all active duty military and retired veterans get a free appetizer.
California Pizza Kitchen – A complimentary entrée from a special Veterans Day Menu at participating restaurants.
Chili's – Free entrée from a limited menu offered at participating locations. Beverages and gratuity not included.
Golden Corral – Free dinner. Dine in only.
Hooter's – Free meal up to $10.99 in value with any drink purchase.
Krispy Kreme – Present your military ID or wear your uniform on Veteran's Day to receive a free doughnut and small coffee. Any form of ID that shows someone is a veteran will be accepted. Valid at participating U.S. stores.
Little Caesar's Pizza – Free Crazy Bread at participating restaurants.

Olive Garden – Receive a complimentary entree from a special men

Knotts Berry Farm – Free admission between November 4, 2013 and January 5, 2014. Offer valid to all past and present armed forces personnel and one guest. Six additional tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $22 each from November 4-27 and for $27 from November 28-January 5.
Great Clips – Get a free haircut at U.S. locations.
Walgreens – Receive 15 percent off eligible store items and 20 percent off Walgreens, Nice! and W brand products at any Walgreens or Duane Reade drugstore nationwide.
