UC Davis Researchers Working On Sweat-Proof Fabric
DAVIS (CBS13) — A UC Davis professor and student are less than a year away from manufacturing a new sweat-proof fabric.
The material works like human skin. The sweat is funneled through chambers in the fabric and spots in the fabric attract that sweat. The small droplets merge into one big droplet, which is then rolled away from your skin.
Because it doesn't stay on the fabric, it won't weigh you down during a tough workout. That added comfort could help you burn more calories during cardio or build more muscles with the dumbbells.
