Two Tracy Cops Under Investigation For Confrontation Caught On Camera
TRACY (CBS13) - Two Tracy police officers are under investigation for their confrontation with a man that was caught on video and has gone viral.
"I'm not doing anything illegal am I?" said Troy Stevenson, who was recording police.
At one point, the Tracy Police officer appears to grab the camera out of the Troy Stevenson's hand.
He says he stumbled on a SWAT training exercise in Tracy on his way home. After recording this video for a few seconds, he stopped. That's when he was approached by uniformed Tracy Police officers.
Stevenson submitted a complaint which, by law, has to be investigated.
The department hopes to have the investigation completed in 90 days.
