Two Men Convicted Of Robbing Businesses In Woodland
Two men have been convicted of robbing a Taco Bell in Woodland in 2009.
Aaron Dufour, 24, of Woodland and Nathan Espinoza, 24, were convicted last Friday of Robbing the restaurant on December 9, 2009. The jury also convicted Dufour of robbing a Little Caesar's Pizza and an am/pm gas station in Woodland in 2009.
In each instance, Dufour entered the businesses wearing a dark mask, gloves and a dark, hooded sweatshirt and a fake gun and demanded money.
Espinoza drove the getaway car in the Taco Bell robbery, leading police on a high-speed chase that stretched from Woodland to Davis where he eventually crashed.
Sentencing will take place on August 28. Dufour faces up to seven years in prison, and Espinoza faces six.
