Two Brothers Busted For DUI Overnight
SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) - Two brothers are under arrest for driving drunk following a single rollover crash overnight in Sacramento County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The rollover accident happened in the 7700 block of Elwyn Avenue in Sacramento County.
CHP says one brother was allegedly driving too fast when he lost control and flipped his car.
He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and arrested for DUI.
However, he made a phone call from the crash scene before he left.
"He called his brother to come out and help him with the traffic collision," said CHP Officer Reed. "His brother responded out here and is now under arrest for DUI as well."
No one else was hurt in the crash.
