Thousands Of Dollars In Drugs Seized From Sacramento Home, 5 Arrested
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Five people are behind bars after Sacramento sheriff's deputies discovered a major stash of guns and drugs.
Three firearms, including an assault rifle, were confiscated from inside a duplex on Greenholm Drive, along with at least $60,000 worth of pot, heroin, and meth.
Deputies say the military-style firepower is especially concerning to them.
"This is a sobering reminder of what our officers face on a daily basis," Sacramento County sheriff's Sgt. Jason Ramos said.
Investigators say some of those arrested also have ties to a white supremacist gang.
The five suspects range in age from 21 to 52 years old.
All were booked into the Sacramento County Jail.
