This Week: Trump Runs For President & Stamos Gets Arrested For DUI

This week, a mogul and reality star is running for president and a 90's sitcom star is arrested for a DUI.

1. Trump 4 President

The unthinkable has finally happened. Real estate mogul Donald Trump is officially running for President of the United States in a move that surprised many; even if only because he's talked about it so long and is actually following through.

Trump announced his bid in New York City at a press conference on Tuesday morning , and ever since, things have just gotten funnier and funnier. To begin, Trump's announcement was instant fodder for late night comics like Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'Brien and even soon-to-be "Late Show" host Stephen Colbert.

Then news was revealed by The Hollywood Reporter that the billionaire made a casting call for actors to cheer on his presidential announcement for $50.

And things still didn't stop there as Trump also commented that his running mate should be Oprah Winfrey, saying "I think Oprah would be great. I'd love to have Oprah. I think we'd win easily actually."

For some reason, the idea of Oprah being on the campaign trail with Trump sounds like both an awful and amazing idea, all at once. Can we get a reality show of that?

2. Stamos DUI

90's star John Stamos was arrested on DUI charges, sending the "Full House" actor to the big house.

Beverly Hills Police confirmed that the sitcom star was arrested in Beverly Hills last Friday before being taken to a hospital because of an undisclosed medical condition.

Stamos was later released from the hospital, and since then, has actually thanked the Beverly Hills Police Department for taking care of him along with the hospital he stayed at, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

He is scheduled to appear in court September 11, police say.

3. Sold!

The ever-provocative Miley Cyrus used her breasts to help auction off her Caitlyn Jenner-inspired art pieces at amfAR's Inspiration Gala this week. The pieces, which feature photos of Jenner's Vanity Fair cover covered in glitter and paint, fetched $65,000 before Cyrus grabbed the mic to up the ante.

"My left boob is awkwardly bigger than my right one, and I'll show you the left one if we can get it to…alright, we're at $65, what about $69?" she announced, "$69. I'll clean your house. Naked."

Needless to say, it didn't take much time for the auction to reach $69,000.

4. Big Brother's Back (well, almost)

The best summer reality series of all time is almost back (that may have been slightly overly enthusiastic)! Next Wednesday, June 24, "Big Brother" will premiere its 17th season with 14 new Houseguests and an even bigger, beachier house.

Host Julie Chen will return to introduce us to the new cast as well as guide us through the season, which has promised to be even more twisty than ever before when celebrities come to the house every week to shake things up a bit.

And in another surprise, this season will feature the series first ever transgender contestant. This season is already looking very, very promising.

5. Come With Me If You Want To Live

Just when you thought your smartphone could do anything, Arnold Schwarzenegger comes out with an app that uses his voice to guide you home.

The new app, called Waze, will use Schwarzenegger's voice to help direct drivers through traffic and give them turn-by-turn directions. Once the user has reached their destination, he says one of his most infamous lines: "Hasta La Vista, Baby!"

Sheer genius.
