The Grant Napear Show - September 20, 2013

Jason Ross filled in on The Grant Napear Show while Grant was on his way back from New York and the NBA meetings he was attending. San Francisco 49ers outside linebacker, Aldon Smith, was a key topic for callers and Jason today with news breaking of his suspicion of DUI arrest this morning.

Sacramento Bee writer, Matt Barrows, joined Jason Ross and talked about the 49ers tilt against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon in San Francisco. Barrows also touched on the Aldon Smith fiasco this morning. Matt also shined a little light on Michael Crabtree's rehad from his injury.

Fox Sports analyst, Gus Johnson, came on The Grant Napear Show and talked about the Stanford Cardinal/Arizona State game on Saturday. Gus talked about how excited he was to get a chance to call two top-25 teams on Saturday, the Arizona State schedule from this Saturday on, and the pace of play that ASU plays at. Gus also talked about Stanford's slower pace/physical style of play and what Stanford needs to do to win on Saturday.

Adam Rank from NFL.com talked about fantasy football starts and sits and who is a questionable play. Adam talked about buying players low, selling players high, and gave callers a ton of fantasy advice.

Joe Davidson talked to Jason Ross about the high school football season in northern California and what the local match ups look like this weekend. With Oak Ridge, Grant, and many other ranked teams playing this weekend, there are plenty of great match ups and the coaches started scheduling a little more ambitiously.

Joshua Wood, Executive Director of DowntownArena.org, came on The Grant Napear Show and talked about a volunteer event where everyone involved is going to try and share the lies with the local population that the STOP group had spread. Joshua talked about a petition withdraw form that can be filled out and that everyone who sees the volunteers will have an opportunity to remove their name from any petitions that they have signed recently in regard to the new arena.
