Grant begins the show discussing Tim Lincecum's new contract, the Kings' starting lineup, and this year's World Series matchup between the Red Sox and Cardinals.
Marc J. Spears, NBA writer for Yahoo! Sports, joins Grant on the show to discuss the Sacramento Kings. Marc talks about the development of Ben McLemore, the Warriors' new contracts, and DeMarcus Cousins's consistency throughout this preseason. Marc also gives his thoughts on Brendan Malone's decision to resign from the Kings' coaching staff.
Ryan Lillis, writer for the Sacramento Bee, joins Grant to talk about David Stern's press conference today. Ryan discusses Stern's plans to be at Sleep Train Arena on opening night, the progression of the Kings' arena plans, and the anti-arena groups. Ryan also touches on the Environmental Quality Act and Governor Brown's desire to be apart of this project.
Dave "Deuce" Mason finishes off the last hour of the show. Callers give their thoughts on why Jimmer should start for the Kings.
