Live from Arizona, hours ahead of the Sacramento Kings and Phoenix Suns preseason game, Grant kicked off the week by previewing Game 7 of the NLCS, the Oakland Raiders' narrow win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday and the improvement the Kings have shown so far in the preseason.
Ian Eagle of CBS Sports joined Grant on the show today.
Eagle talked about the Raiders win on Sunday, the recent performance of Darrius Heyward-Bey and Darren McFadden, the growth of Raiders' head coach Dennis Allen and what he saw out of several other games around the NFL.
Dave Flemming came on the show with Grant less than an hour before first pitch of the final game of the NLCS.
Flemming talked about the weather in San Francisco tonight, the momentum that the Giants may or may not ride into Game 7 of the NLCS, the resiliency of the St. Louis Cardinals and the expectations of Matt Cain in this elimination game.
Raiders head coach Dennis Allen made his weekly stop on the show today.
Allen gave his thoughts on the Raiders' win over the Jaguars on Sunday, executing better in the run game, playing the Chiefs next Sunday and gave an update on recent players' injuries.
