The Grant Napear Show - November 29, 2012
The Grant Napear Show started off with Grant talking about the Sacramento Kings possible relocation to Virginia Beach, other cities that are interested in an NBA team, Gregg Popovich and the San Antonio Spurs decision to leave Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, and Danny Green at home for a marquee game against the Miami Heat and the Oakland Raiders game being blacked out this Sunday.
Grant took a lot of calls about the Kings and their opportunity to move out of Sacramento and brought a realistic point of view to the situation as a whole. Grant also answered a lot of questions about the quarterback controversy in San Francisco and what he thinks the answer is to one of the biggest questions in northern California sports right now.
Paul Gutierrez, CSN Bay Area Oakland Raiders Insider, came on The Grant Napear Show to talk about the Raiders season to this point, middle linebacker Rolando McClain, Dennis Allen's first season as head coach and what exactly is going wrong with the team with some insight from players within the organization.
Brian Baldinger, NFL Network Analyst, shared his points of view on the 49ers quarterback controversy and whether the 49ers are better off with Colin Kaepernick or Alex Smith. Grant talked to Brian about what he thought about the New York Giants game and how they are going to fair against Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins. Grant wrapped up the conversation with a quick spot on the Oakland Raiders and what is wrong with their defense.
Sacramento Kings Guard, Isaiah Thomas, started the interview off by talking about how the fans feel toward him and his thoughts on impacting the team in a positive way when he is on the floor. Isaiah spoke about staying positive and understanding that it's a long season and there are plenty of games left to play.
