Grant was broadcasting from Disneyland today. He took calls on the NBA Lockout, Tim Tebow, the Raiders, the 49ers, and the upcoming week in the NFL. Grant interviewed Thom Brennaman, Carlos Rogers, Paul Allen, Marshall Sperbeck, Bob Biggs, and Howard Eskin.
Thom Brennaman from Fox Sports was on with Grant today. They talked about the 49ers and Cardinals matchup on Sunday. Thom talked about the 49ers's dominance this year, but also talked about why this game will be closer than people think. After that they talked about the upcoming week in the NFL , along with some Major League baseball.
49ers cornerback Carlos Rogers joined the Grant Napear show today. He talked about the 49ers matchup against Larry Fitzgerald and the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Then Carlos talked about the 49ers organization and what it is like facing the top quarterbacks in the league.
Paul Allen, the voice of the Minnesota Vikings was on with Grant today. First they talked about the possibility of the Vikings leaving Minnesota. After that they talked about Minnesota's disappointing season, along with Christian Ponder and Adrian Peterson. After that they talked about the Vikings' matchup against the Raiders on Sunday.
Sacramento State's head football coach Marshall Sperbeck was on with Grant today. Marshall and Grant discussed the Causeway Classic coming up on Saturday. Sperbeck talked about the history of the game and what the rivalry means to each team. He also talked about the disappointment of Sac State's season.
UC Davis' head football coach Bob Biggs was on with Grant today. They discussed the Causeway Classic coming up on Saturday. After that, Biggs talked about the youth of his team, and how their mistakes this season will benefit the team down the road.
Howard Eskin from WIP-Philadelphia was on with Grant today. They talked a lot about the Philadelphia Eagles and their struggles this season. Howard talked about why the Eagles have been so disappointing, and then talked about their game this weekend against the New York Giants. He also discussed Michael Vick and Vince Young.
