Grant discussed the NBA Board of Governors officially approving the sale of the Sacramento Kings to the group led by Vivek Ranadive. Grant also talked about the Kings upcoming offseason, Game 7 between the San Jose Sharks and Los Angeles Kings in the NHL Playoffs and the Bay Bridge Series between the Oakland A's and the San Francisco Giants.
Dan Rusanowsky, the play by play voice of the San Jose Sharks joined Grant to preview Game 7 between the Sharks and L.A. Kings. Rusanowsky gave his keys for the Sharks and discussed San Jose's trouble this postseason winning at the Staples Center.
San Francisco Giants radio play by play man Dave Flemming came on to discuss the Bay Bridge Series between the Giants and A's. Flemming discussed the Giants recent struggles, their pitching & how he is encouraged that despite not clicking as a unit yet, they are still in the hunt for the National League West lead. Flemming also gave his impressions of the Oakland A's roster and hot play as of late.
Comcast Sportsnet anchor and reporter Ahmed Fareed joined Grant to give his thoughts on the Battle of the Bay. He talked about which roster he'd rather have right now between the A's and Giants, the current Bay Bridge Series and how impressed he has been with the play of Oakland third baseman Josh Donaldson.
