Grant opened up the show with more chatter about the NBA Relocation Committee's decision to recommend keeping the Kings in Sacramento. Grant talked his belief that the Maloof family will sell the team to the group from Sacramento following the full Board of Governors vote.
He also previewed Game 6 of the Golden State Warriors/Denver Nuggets series in Oakland as well as the rest of the NBA Playoffs.
Tim Roye, the radio Play By Play Voice of the Golden State Warriors, came on with Grant to discuss all things Warriors. Roye gave his thoughts on Game 6, the type of game he excepted to see played, just how much of a difference maker the Oakland crowd will be & how amazing Stephen Curry has played in these playoffs.
Former King & current assistant coach Bobby Jackson joined Grant & talked about his golf game and how much he's improved over the years. Jackson also discussed what's going on behind the scenes as the Kings prepare for the upcoming NBA Draft.
Longtime Denver Nuggets TV Analyst Scott Hastings joined Grant to discuss Denver's prospects for Game 6, their chances of leaving the Bay Area with a road win & the importance of Ty Lawson. Hastings clarified some comments he made recently about Warriors Head Coach Mark Jackson's Game 5 post-game demeanor as well as reminisced about the loudest arenas he played in the NBA Playoffs.
Urijah Faber came on with Grant to the upcoming golf tournament. Faber talked about everything from his golf game, his ideal foursome on the golf course to what's he's been doing lately.
Finally, Dick Jerardi from the Philadelphia Daily News joined Grant to talk all things Kentucky Derby. Jerardi talked about the weather conditions at Churchhill Downs this weekend, the horses he thinks you should look out for, how important post position really is at the Derby & picks his favorite to win the first leg of the Triple Crown.
