The Grant Napear Show - June 9, 2014
The Grant Napear Show had an NBA and MLB centric show today. Grant started off the show talking about the NBA Finals and how Lebron James played and what he expects as the next two games are played in Miami.
Grant had on Dave Flemming, play-by-play announcer for the San Francisco Giants to start the show to talk about the success of the Giants. The Giants are currently the best team (record wise) in baseball and Grant talked to Dave about why he believes that is so and what Flemming believes will happen as the season continues.
Grant also had on an Oakland A's perspective as he had on Ken Korach, play-by-play announcer for the A's, to talk about their success. The A's have the second best record in baseball and Grant talked about the players who may make the all star team as well as the closer role.
Marc Spears and Howard Beck also joined the show to talk about the NBA. Marc talked about the NBA playoffs and the successful game Lebron had yesterday as well as the free agency of Rudy Gay and what the Kings plan to do. Howard Beck came on and talked about the Derek Fisher hiring by the New York Knicks and what he can expect going into a new situation, considering he's never coached before.
