The Grant Napear Show - January 24, 2013
The Grant Napear Show started with the ending of Mayor Kevin Johnson's press conference and Grant giving listeners a chance to say what they wanted to say in regards to the Sacramento Kings. Grant talked about what the Kings need to do in order to keep the team in Sacramento and remain a key player in the NBA.
ABC News correspondent Darren Rovell, (@DarrenRovell), came on the show and gave fans an outsiders point of view, far removed from emotions, and gave a look at how things are seen outside of the Sacramento community.
NFL Network Analyst, Brian Baldinger, stopped by and talked about the NFL and the Super Bowl. Brian talked about the San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and what he needs to do to beat the Baltimore Ravens. Baldinger also talked about the Ravens defense and the hit Bernard Pollard delivered on New England Pariots running back Steven Ridley. Grant also asked Brian about the 2002 Super Bowl and the comments that Tim Brown and Jerry Rice lobbied against former head coach Bill Callahan.
