The Don Geronimo Show - November 1, 2012
Today, Don wants to drop pumpkins off the roof of the station today, so he asks listeners to drop by with their pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns they want to get rid of. We then get a recap of Don's Halloween, including the Christmas carolers that dropped by, and the kids who tried to come by their house twice, knowing that Don was giving away full sized candy bars. Don then calls Janet for her account of the evening, and then Little Joe and Phantom tell us about their Halloween night.
After Don hips us to a radio feud erupting in Atlanta between a few guys he used to work with in D.C., we hear a new East Coast Bob call, this time to WABC in New York, a clip of Letterman's appearance on Jimmy Kimmel last night, and that Cee Lo is being accused of sexual assault. The guys then go outside to throw pumpkins. With Don and Phantom on the roof, they begin throwing pumpkins (among other things) at Little Joe, and Craig, who is wearing Don's Chargers helmet.
After the pumpkin madness, Don sends Little Joe out to play a new game called "May I Have A Bite Of That?" Joe goes to a couple local restaurants and asks the patrons if he can have bites of their food, and Slow Joe creates a new song for the bit! We then see a video called "Halloween: Day Of Human Sacrifice," which leads to yet another new Slow Joe Song!
It's then time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom tells us that Louis CK is hosting Saturday Night Live this week, iPhones are programmed to find hookers, a "Halloween lobster" was caught off the coast of New England, and that the Octomom has checked into rehab. And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
