The Don Geronimo Show - April 11, 2012

Today, Don begins by telling us that Phantom's oldest son Kyle is here to hang out, as he is on spring break, and is flying out to San Diego immediately following the show to look at some colleges. Don then tells us about Slow Joe Ardinger's idea for a new game that involves guessing the buttons on Don's replay machine. Craig saw Bobcat Goldthwait's Showtime special last night, and tweeted to Don that Bobcat had his jeans rolled up at the bottom, just like he wears them, and added the hashtag #Istartedthat. Don then tells us about the Program Director meeting he attended yesterday with all the CBS PD's in Sacramento, and the over analyses and number crunches these guys were doing, that Don says is exactly what's wrong with radio, because so much of the human element is being taken out of it. Don then tells us it's Janet's dad's 85th birthday today, so Don gives him a call to wish him a happy birthday.

Don calls Kyle into the studio to talk with him, and he tells us what it's like living with Phantom as his dad, how much of a bad influence Craig is in the control room, and the schools he's looking at. Craig and Little Joe then decide to bring in a stack of nudy mags for Kyle, just to corrupt his young mind. After talking about Morgan Freeman possibly marrying his step-granddaughter, and hearing a parody song about Rick Santorum set to the tune of "Brick House," Don plays us a new Chevy Chase voice mail to "Community" writer Dan Harmon, in which he rips the show, calling it "not funny." We then hear a few clips of a 13 year old who saved his school bus from crashing as their driver was having a heart attack.

It's then time for another edition of LaRoy's World of Gay, in which LaRoy answers tells us everything that's going on in his life, even answering a few questions the guys have about performing certain sexual acts as a gay man. Dona also tells us about a Chinese Easter delicacy that involves boiling eggs in little boy's urine, before it's time for the "Phantom News Hour." Today, Phantom talks about Rick Santorum backing out of the GOP race, Madonna's new album selling 400k in the first week, and a lady stripping nude at the Denver Airport.

And of course, Don wraps everything up with a caller 100!
