Teens: Sit Out The #KylieJennerChallenge
Teens are taking part in a challenge that seems rather painful.
According to USAToday.com, on Sunday night #kyliejennerchallenge popped on twitter. What's happening is young people – mostly girls, from the looks of it -- are trying to plump up the lips in an effort to look like Kylie Jenner.
They're putting small cups, like shot glasses, up to their lips and sucking in as hard as they can, making their lips temporarily swell up.
What they're hoping for is the same plumpness that typically comes after injections or other pricey treatments, but the results couldn't be any more different.
Their lips become fat and red like sausages. And in some cases, teens are being left with painful hickeys around their mouths.
Seventeen.com reports that trying this could even lead to permanent damage.
