Teacher Gets Probation, Work Program For Sexual Battery

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A former McClatchy High School teacher will receive probation and about two months on the Sheriff's work crew, authorities said.

Brian Aguilar, 37, was removed from the classroom on April 29 after allegations of misconduct led to two charges of annoying or molesting a minor.

Aguilar pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 60 days on the Sheriff's Work Project, $5,000 bail and three years probation. He will also have to register as a sex offender.
