Tattoo Artist Arrested On Suspicion Of Committing Sexual Acts On Customers

PLACER COUNTY, Calif. (CBS13) – A tattoo artist has been arrested on suspicion of committing sexual acts on customers, according to the Placer County District Attorney's office.

Roseville Police detectives and D.A. investigators arrested 38-year-old Zechariah Carr at his Roseville home on Monday, August 8.

He's been charged with committing sexual acts on at least two customers at tattoo studios where he worked. Detectives say Carr has worked at numerous studios in both Sacramento and Placer counties.

Carr pled not guilty to the charges during his arraignment on Wednesday. He's being held in the Placer County Jail on $25,000 bail.
