Suspects Sought In Check Cash Business Robbery
MODESTO, Calif. (CBS13) -- Authorities are searching for two men who robbed a check cashing business at gunpoint Wednesday morning.
The Modesto Police Department said two black male adults, about 18 to 20 years old, robbed a Check & Go on the 1700 block of Oakdale Road with a silver handgun.
Both men were wearing white T-shirts and jeans; one suspect was wearing a grey hat and the other was wearing a camouflage hat, authorities said.
The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of money on Lancey Drive and have not been located. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (866) 602-7463.
